The mandatory qualifications, skills and experience the consultants must meet or exceed are as
• A minimum of five (5) years experience developing Web based applications using
Lotus/Domino 8.5 or higher version.
• A minimum of five (5) years experience administrating Lotus/Domino server. At least
three (3) years of the five must be performed on a Microsoft Windows x64 platform.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in java, html, XML, and Visual Basic.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in working with FI$Cal system.
The preferred qualifications, skills and experience the consultants should meet or exceed are as
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in State Government business processes and
activities relating application development of request for personnel action, procurement,
contract, and timesheet automated systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to be used to resolve Domino server and the
ARTS/ASTROS application layer issues.
• Strong ability to write technical system documentation.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
